It's his shopping day at Joyful Honda.
今日はテリー君、ジョイフル本田でお買い物の日。

He behaves himself as a gentleman... just as usual.
いつものように、それは良い子にしています。

He gaze on Terry Mama once in a while....
時々視線をテリーママに向けて・・

ママの帰りを待ち・・

Hey, Terry. Are you watching her belongings?
ねえテリー君、ママの荷物を見張ってるの？

Nope!
I'm waiting for Mama to buy another toy for me.
いいや！
ママがオモチャを買ってくれるのを待ってるんだ。

Suzaka City Nagano #2

Whenever I come up to Suzaka city, I have another "must visit" spot. It's Obuse that is about 7 kilometers away from Suzaka. I had tea break at Kurinoki Terrace.
須坂市に来る時はいつも、もう一つの「必須スポット」を訪れます。それは、須坂市から約7キロ程の所にある小布施町です。こちら、栗の木テラスでお茶休憩をいたしました。

This cake named Mont Blanc that has chestnut paste cream on top of it.

このケーキはモンブランと呼ばれるもので、栗あんをタップリ使用しています。

I toured around there a little more. Then it was a time to go back home.
On the way home, I stopped at Yokokawa Parking Area and had my supper there.
The restaurant wasn't crowded since it was a bit early for dinner time.
その後、少し周辺を見て回り、帰宅の時間となりました。帰路途中、横川のパーキングに寄り夕食をとりました。夕食にはまだ早い時間だったので、レストランはご覧のように空いておりました。

I ordered some soba noodle set menu. It was something mysterious.
At first they brought soup for soba noodle. It came up with olive oil and powdered cheese. I imagined Italian cuisine. It tasted not so bad as I imagined.
私は蕎麦のセットを注文しました。何だか神秘的だったのです。
まず、この蕎麦つゆが運ばれてきました。オリーブオイルと粉チーズも付いてます。何だかイタリアンみたいだなと感じました。味は、想像していたより良かったです。

Then they brought this container. Look at them!
そしてこちらの容器が運ばれてきました。見てください！

It has soba noodle, steam vegetables, Japanese style pickles, rice balls, jello and fruits. The smoke made it dramatic effect. The taste? It wasn't so bad.
お蕎麦に温野菜、漬物とおにぎり、フルーツ入りゼリーが付いてました。味ですか？中々でしたよ。

Then I headed to my home. Since I had the meal earlier, I had smooth traffic to reach my destination.
早めの夕飯を済ませて帰路につきました。渋滞もなくスムーズに帰り着きました。

Suzaka City Nagano #1

I went Suzaka city, Nagano. The World Doll Museum has displayed such Hina-dolls for a while.
長野県須坂市にある、世界民族人形館に行ってきました。この様に、ひな人形が展示されていました。

This is one of common Hina-doll set.
こちらは一般的な、ひな人形の飾り一式。

So as this set.
こちらも同様の飾り。

You may recognize how big these ones.
これらの展示がいかに大きいかお分かりと思います。

They have traditional kind in the middle.
中央には先ほど示した伝統的なひな人形が飾られています。

It surely make people impressive.
見る人たちを圧倒していました。

Oh, there is another traditional kind.
あ、ここにも伝統的な飾りがありました。

Cherry blossoms bloomed so beautiful.
桜がちょうど満開で、とても美しいです。

Daffodils as well.
水仙も美しい。

Somei -yoshino fully bloomed so pretty. It was very unusual. According to loco people, it's about 2 weeks earlier than average year.
ソメイヨシノも美しい。地元の方によれば、いつもはこの時期には咲かないそうですが、今年は特別。二週間ほど早く開花してしまったそうです。

I visited Garyu-Park. It's known to a beautiful spot of Somei-yoshino cherry blossoms.
臥龍公園にも足を運んでみました。ソメイヨシノの美しさで知られる場所です。

I saw pink weeping cherry too.
ピンクの枝垂れ桜も咲いていました。

Wild duck seemed relaxing itself.
鴨も寛いでいるように見えました。

I wanted to take more photos though. It began raining and was getting colder. I gave up the photos and decided to move next spot.
もっと写真を撮りたかったのですが、雨が降り出し、寒くなってしまいました。それで、写真撮影を諦め、次なるスポットに向かうことにしました。

Dine At Joel Robuchon Ebisu #2

They served French bread with fresh olive oil. It seemed Italian taste to me.
まずはフランスパン。オリーブオイルが添えらていて、ちょっとイタリアンな雰囲気も。

Le Quinoa
Fried quinoa with red bell pepper sauce on top. It displayed sort of Japanese cuisine taste to me.
キヌアを揚げたものに赤ピーマンのソースを乗せたのだそうですが、盛り付けが和風な感じです。

L'Oursin
Sea urchin and crustacean jelly with creamed cauliflower on top.
ウニと甲殻類のジュレにカリフラワーのクリーム乗せ。

They served various kind of bread as much as you want to. I must consider how much I can have. So I had these ones.
パンは好きなだけ食べられますが、お腹と相談しながら、まずはこれらを頂きました。

La Noix de Saint-Jacques
Grilled scallop with wheat risotto. It tasted a bit spicy to me.
ポワレしたホタテの下は小麦のリゾット。ちょっと辛いスパイスが効いています。

Le Black Cod
Caramelized black cod and wasabi flavored bok choy with oriental civet sauce.
It's fish but I could have it.
キャラメリゼしたブラックコッドに山葵風味の青梗菜とオリエンタルシヴェソース。魚が苦手な私でも大丈夫でした。

Le Porc
Roast herb pork with asparagus and potato. This roast potato was very good.
ハーブ豚を低温でゆっくりローストしたものとアスパラガスにローストポテト。このポテト物凄く美味しかったです。

Le Vacherin
Fresh strawberries with cream and meringue plate. You can see ice-cream under the plate.
とちおとめとクリームにメレンゲの飾り。可愛らしいデザートは下にアイスクリームが隠れています。

Le Cafe
Coffee (no photo) and mini sweets.
締めはこちらのスイーツ、ミニャルディーズと（写真はありませんが）コーヒー。

You can buy their food as bread, cake or sweets at the basement floor. Thay have the eat-in space like this also.
地下のブティックで、パンやケーキ等を購入でき、ここで食べることもできるみたいです。

Ah, they were all great!! I was very satisfied. I would save money and will visit them again some time.
本当に大満足の一日でした。お金を貯めて、また行きたいです。

Dine At Joel Robuchon Ebisu #1

I wanted to visit this place for a long long while. At last, I could make it!
It's here, Chateau Restaurant Joel Robuchon in Ebisu.
Let's get into.
随分前からこの場所に行きたいと思っていました。ついに実現です！
それはここ、恵比寿にあるレストラン、ジョエルロブション。
さっそく中に入ります。

We were waited at Rouge Bar till it would be ready.
席の準備ができるまで、こちらのバーで待ちます。

They showed us to our seats. The room looks gorgeous.
席に案内されました。室内はとても豪華な内装です。

Table settings were high quality.
テーブルセッティングもとてもお洒落です。

塩・胡椒などの調味料入れも・・

According to the manager, it's custom ordered one.
花瓶も・・
支配人によれば、特注の花瓶だそうです。

The are all fabulous!
そして天井にはバカラのシャンデリア・・
全てが豪華そのもの！

And very fashionable displays like this.

The chef made a speech of greeting and described about today's menu.
シェフの挨拶と本日のメニューの説明です。

It aroused my interest in things of the dishes...
