Souffle Pancake of Hoshino Coffee

I have had huge pancakes named "souffle pancake" at Hoshino Coffee.
It's slightly crunchy outside and very soft inside.  
星野珈琲で「スフレパンケーキ」なるものを食べてみました。
外側はちょっとカリカリで中はとても柔らか。

I though it  as heavy thick one but it wasn't. It's very airy light one.
ずっしりと重いのかと思ったらそうではなく、フワフワと軽い感じでした。

It costed 700 yen (about $7.)
これで７００円だってさ。
