Icicles in Misotsuchi

I went to see icicles in Misotsuchi in Chichibu area. This year, it grows very well. According to them, it wasn't good enough last year because of warm weather. I think I'm lucky. I could see the breautiful nature nade landscape.
秩父地域にある三十槌の氷柱を見に行ってきました。今年は見事に氷柱がのびています。昨年は暖冬の影響で氷柱はあまり成長しなかったようです。
自然が作り出すこんな素晴らしい光景を目にできて、私はラッキーですね。

The icicles grow other side of the river.
氷柱は川の対岸にあります。

こんなところにも。

In the evening, they light-up the icicles that is generated by used oil. I had to wait for long while but it was too cold to go for.
夕方には廃棄された油を使用した発電でライトアップされるそうです。でも寒くて、待っているのはちょっと厳しい。

From my parking spot, it looked like this.
駐車場からはこんな風に見えます。

While I enjoyed the view on the river side, I had to walk carefully because the path was very slippery.
対岸の氷柱を眺めながら小道を進みますが、滑りやすいので気を付けなければいけません。

Then you can see such great nature made sculpture.
そうしてこのような自然が作り出した素晴らしい氷柱にお目にかかれます。

So beautiful!
But soooo cold!!!!
とても美しい！
でも、寒い～～～～！！！

Since it's so cold out there, I gave up to stay longer. Take another chance.
I'm sure I'll prepare for such coldness and will see the light-up show next time.
寒いので、ライトアップを見るのはまた今度にします。
次回は寒さ対策をして、ライトアップも見たいと思います。

His Another Lightsaber

He has light-side Lightsaber as you know.
ご存知の様に、テリー君はジェダイ側のライトセイバーを持っています。

Actually, he has dark-side one also.(Lol)
そして帝国軍側のも所持してます。（笑）

Watch him carefully. He grabs the Lightsaber in different part. I guess he has captured it from the enemy.
テリー君を良く見てください。剣の持ち方が違っています。上の場合、敵から剣を奪ったのだと想像できます。

The light-side one, he is fighting with the sword skillfully.
こちらはジェダイ側のもの。剣を巧みに操り戦っていますね。

Both of them are fun toys for him.
どちらのオモチャも楽しんでますね。

Yakisoba

Yakisoba is one of my favorite dish. I had fried noodle kind that day. Pot-stickers as well.
焼きそばは、好きな料理の一つ。この日は揚麺タイプを頂きました。それと餃子もね。

Fashion Dog 2016 Holiday Collection

Here are Fashion Dog collection. I haven't upload them for a long while anyway.
ファッションドッグのコレクションです。アップするまでずいぶん経ってしまったけどね。

これは夏用なんだけどね。

Tour To Hakone Area #2 Owakudani

Owakudani is one of good view spot of Mt Fuji. You can enjoy the view like this.
大涌谷は富士山の眺めが素晴らしい場所で、こんな景色が楽しめます。

There are some ways to get there. I took cable car this time. Because I can see the mountain while I'm on board.
Here we go!
ここに行くにはいくつか方法がありますが、今回はケーブルカーを利用しました。車内から山の景色を楽しめるからです。
では出発！

It has double cable system for safeness of windy day.
強風対策で二重のケーブル方式になっています。

Going up hills like this.
こんな風に丘を昇って行きます。

It was fine clear day so you can see mountains close by.
この日は快晴で、山が近くに見えました。

There you go! You can see the top of the mountain by now.
ほら！富士山が見えてきました。

Then, much more!
さらに広範囲に！

It's hard to take photos from inside the car though. It looks as below.
車内から撮影するのが難しかったのですが、こんな感じに富士山が見られます。

Then I got off at Owakudani station.
そして、大涌谷駅で下車しました。

Owakudani is known as the black eggs. So I got the one. This one is smoked kind. They took shells already.
大涌谷は黒卵でも有名です。早速購入してみました。燻製タイプです。殻は既に剝かれています。

It was a regular egg however, the egg while went black outside and gray  inside. Well, egg yolk stays yellow still anyway.
Since it's smoked kind so it tastes smoked egg.
もとは普通の卵ですが、白身の外側が真っ黒。内部は灰色。黄身は変わらず黄色でした。
味は、燻製卵ですから、燻製の味です。

On the way back home, I stopped by this spot.
Ah! Mt Fuji wears the "hat" again.
Mmmmmm, I have to come again!
帰宅途中、この場所にも立ち寄りました。
残念！富士山、またしても「帽子」かぶってました。
う～ん、また来なくっちゃ！

Tour to Hakone Area #1 Pink Curry

I wanted to have pink curry but I couldn't make it last time.
Since then, due to eruption of Owakudani area, it has been out-of-bounds that area.
This restaurant locates by Lake Ashino so I could go but I didn't want to go.
Recently, they decontroled the restriction so I went to Owakudani.
ピンクカレーが食べたかったのに、前回の訪問ではできませんでした。その後、大涌谷地域は噴火のため立ち入り規制になってしまいました。
このレストランは芦ノ湖畔にあるので訪問は可能でしたが、行く気になれずでした。規制が一部解除になったので、さっそく大涌谷へ。

The photo above is the pink curry I use from internet. Why I borrow the picture?
Because the pink curry is not available any more. I wish I could have the one....
So I had their recommended of the day instead. Two of the photos below are what I have had there.
上の写真はネットからの借用です。何故か？それはピンクカレーはもう販売中止になってしまったからです。食べたかったな・・・
代わりに、お勧めのランチセットを頼みました。下の２枚の写真がそれです。

It locates by Lake Ashino of Hakone Prince Hotel. At the lake, they have boat cursing and you can enjoy the view of the lake.
芦ノ湖畔に位置する箱根プリンスのあるこの場所。湖畔ではクルーズ船に乗船して湖の景色も楽しめます。

But I had another plan. So I was heading to Owakudani.
でも私は、別なプランがあるので大涌谷へ向かいます。
