Cherry Blossoms in Asakusa 2013

I went Asakusa to see cherry blossoms. It was a nice warm day for touring around. Also Sakura-matusri Festival was held there.
桜を見に浅草に行ってきました。この日は温かくて見物に最適でした。桜祭りもやっていましたよ。

 

Asakusa is one of my favorite spot. Also it is very popular one around the world. In fact, I saw lots of foreign tourist that have tour guide books on their hands.
浅草はお気に入の場所の一つ。そして世界中の観光客に人気の場所でもあります。ガイドブックを手にした外国人観光客も大勢見かけました。

 

This time, I took Rickshaw ride for the first time in my life. It was a short ride but gave me different view of there.
This nice guy showed me around there with telling the details of each spot.
今回初めて人力車に乗ってみました。こんなイケメンさんが説明しながら町を案内してくれます。短い時間でしたが、いつもと違う景色を楽しめました。

Then I had my lunch at "Mugitoro". The dish called mugitoro is a steamed mixture rice and barley topped with grated yam. They have free refill of mugi-gohan (mixture rice and barley) so I had second round... well I age too much!
昼食は「むぎとろ」で。お代わり自由のご飯を食べ過ぎてしまいました。

It was a great fun day for me.
