I went to Yoyoki-hachiman in Tokyo that is known as a power spot for sort of "Midas touch."
金運のパワースポットと言われる、代々木八幡行ってきました。
They have special fair called "Kingyo Matsuri (Goldfish Fair)." It is held on the fourth Sunday of May annually.
Also it is my best friend's birthday so I wanted to get lucky charm for her.
この日は年に一度の「金魚祭り」の日。毎年５月の第四日曜に開催されます。
そしてこの日は親友の誕生日でもありましたので、プレゼントにお守りを買いに行ったのです。
It was so crowded.
とても混んでいました。
As you know, the service in our worship place is "self service."
How the things go? Jut throw the coin into the box and make your wishes.
So I did for both my friend and me.
Hope both of us can get "great fortune!!"
ご存じとは思いますが、日本の神社での参拝方法は自主的に行うのが主流です。
どういう風に行うか？ お金を賽銭箱に入れ、心の中で望みを唱えます。
と言う訳で、自分と親友のためにここで祈りました。

The yellow one on the left is regular kind that is available year round.
The red one on the right is special kind that is available annually.
これが金運のお守りです。
左の黄色いのは通年購入できます。
右の赤いのは年に一度、この日しか買えません。
