I went to Shiofune-kan-non Temple.
塩船観音に行ってきました。
They said it's well known as azaleas.
ここはツツジが有名だそうです。
In fact, there are various color of azaleas everywhere.
実際、色とりどりのツツジが咲き乱れておりました。
You can see "Kan-non (The Goddess of Mercy)" on top of the hill.
丘の上に観音様が見えます。
To go up to the slope, you can enjoy the view of whole precinct.
坂を登ると、境内全体を眺めることが出来ます。
On May 3, they have special ceremony at the white space. People would walk through the bonfire. You can join them if you want to.
Me? No thanks anyway.
中央の白い部分で５月３日に特別な儀式が行われます。人々は焚き火の中を通り抜けます。希望者は誰でも参加できます。
私ですか？いえ、やめておきます。
