I can't wait for next summer.

It is not normal to have to wait for a car after ordering one here in the States. Is it common in Japan?

Sometimes it could happen when it gets too popular. According to them, their monthly sales target of XV was 500 or so. Then they got ten times more demands a month.
Anyway, they will have cash refund and will give me the new navigation equipment free. It's a good deal.
So I can wait.
And I don't have to pay any until they will start manufacturing the car.
