Zojoi Temple Visiting

I had some business nearby Zojoji temple. Then I visited the worship place also.
増上寺の近くに用事があったので、せっかくだから参拝することにしました。

You can see Tokyo Tower behind the main building. If you come there in spring, you may see cherry blossoms with this scene below that should be much prettier.
Unfortunately, the season is already over this year. I'll come again next spring.
本堂は東京タワーを背景に、桜の木があり、その時期にはさらに美しい光景が見られるようです。今季はシーズンが終わってしまっているので、来年もう一度来てみようと思います。

Let's go inside the building.
When they have the service, taking the photos are prohibited. Luckily, they didn't have any so I could take some photos of Budda.
さて、本堂内部。祈祷が行われている時は写真撮影は禁止です。この日は何も行われていなかったので、御本尊様の写真を撮ってみました。

It was really hot and was over 30 Celsius degree (86F).  I needed a break under such circumstances so I stopped by Prince Hotel next door.
I had iced tea and this cake there.
この日は気温がとても高く３０度を超えていました。あんまり暑いもので、すぐ隣にあるプリンスホテルで、しばし休憩。アイスティーとこのケーキを頂きました。
