Visiting Akasaka Palace

I have visited Akasaka Palace. I joined a tour to look around. This was very nice one with erudite tour guide who explained the details of the Palace.
Unfortunately, taking photos inside were prohibited. We were allowed to take ones in the garden area.

迎賓館の見学に行きました。私が参加したのは、博識なガイドの説明付きのツアーで、とても素敵なものでした。
残念ながら内部の撮影は禁止ですが、こちらは撮影できます。中庭の噴水と建物です。

This is the main entrance. It was so cold on that day and there were not so many people as usual. So I got a shot like below.
こちらは正面入り口側。この日はとても寒かったせいか人が少なくて、こんな風に撮影出来ました。

Usually it seems like below or lots more people supposed be there.
通常はこんな感じで、もっとたくさん人がいます。

After the Palace tour, we moved to the restaurant that I have wanted to dine in. It's "Hotel de Mikuni."
宮殿見学の後は、私がずっと行きたかったレストラン、オテルドミクニで昼食です。

They showed us very nice seats. It made me to measure up to my expectation.
案内された席は、とても素敵な雰囲気で、期待しちゃいます。

It took a long while to upload this post so I almost forgot the name of dishes.
Anyway, it's an hors d'oeuvre.
料理名、すっかり忘れてしまったけど、前菜です。

A marinade clam.
そしてマリネした貝のお料理。

Grilled fish. I don't remember what kind of sauce came up with.
お魚のグリル。ソースの種類は忘れちゃった。

Steak with red wine sauce.
お肉はワイン風味のステーキ。

Soup with funny face.
ちょっと面白いスープ。

Dessert plate came up with some fancy works.
趣向を凝らしたデザートの登場です。

煙がおさまるとこんな感じでした。

There were some cookies and macarons.
マカロンやクッキーもありました。

I had a wonderful day.
There was one thing I felt sorry. Someone (Terry Mama) got flue two days earlier and couldn't join the tour. She is the one who really wanted to go for...
There were no refund for the cancellation so I got her friend instead.
Need less to say, the friend liked the tour so much. 
とっても充実した一日でした。
ただ一つ残念なことは、このツアーに一番行きたがっていた人（テリーママ）が、直前になってインフルエンザにかかってしまい、キャンセルを余儀なくされたことです。代わりに友人に参加してもらいまして、それはそれは喜んでいただきました。
